Most leadership styles have positive and negative aspects. While an autocratic leader might get things done, the costs can be high. Generally, an autocratic leader that just says, “Do it this way,” fails to inspire and demoralizes his or her followers because their full talents are not appreciated.

The answer is quite simple, YES. There has been a huge misconception that people of color do not need to wear sunscreen. Sunscreen should be worn daily, no matter your location – indoors and outdoors. Repeated sun exposure with little to no protection can cause damage to your elastin, collagen, and skin cells. Over time, this can lead to premature signs of aging including discoloration, wrinkles, fine lines, and a leathery appearance. Adding sunscreen in your skincare routine can help keep your skin bright, supple, and clear.
