William is the son of Luvenia Tharpe and Willie Otis. He recently graduated from Northside High School. Some of Williams’s academic achievements include the Green Thumb award, Robert Hale Band award and the Sara Landretti Scholarship. What impacted William the most while in high school was being a part of the band. William plans to attend The Fort Valley State University to purse a degree in Agriculture.
