Joshua Ratchford, Jr. is currently a 5th Grader at Perdue Elementary School. In only 11 years of existence, Joshua has accomplished quite a bit. He currently works as a Junior Journalist for 13WMAZ, is in the Honor Chorus, and he hosts his own talk show, entitled “The Joshua Ratchford Show”, that can be seen on YouTube. He is also an accomplished vocalist and songwriter – he is currently working on his first EP entitled “Big 11”. Most recently, he had the honor of singing the National Anthem at Warner Robins High School before a basketball game. A community advocate, Joshua hosted a toy drive for Christmas and collected over 200 toys, which was given to over 30 families. In his spare time, he enjoys riding his hoverboard, drawing, singing, acting, talking to elders, playing basketball, and running track. Joshua has aspirations to one day attend Morehouse College.
