Women’s Month at FBBC is May, and we are excited about up-and-coming events! Our Women of Worth ministry is growing, which means more opportunities for women of all ages to participate in fun activities. Women from all over came in their denim, bling and pearls to hear dynamic panelists answer questions and discuss important topics. There were over 300 women who came to experience this event.
Denim Bling and Pearls kicked off with a happy hour which included light refreshments and women had a chance to mingle before entering the dome building at 7:00 pm. This year, Demin Bling and Pearl featured an all-male panel. The men on our panel were Chris Colson, Will Cooper, Michael Dinkins, Torris Woolfolk, James Williams, and Carlos Kennedy. Let us not forget our self-appointed panelist, James Copeland. The male panelists answered questions surrounding singleness, single and in love, single with kids, marriage, and divorced. It’s important to hear both sides of the different sexes, and this year we couldn’t wait to hear what the men had to say. Women had the chance to ask the panelists questions throughout night both anonymous and in person. Cheers to ladies’ night out and a night to remember!
